The Booms family was together for about a week at the end of July through the beginning of August. We decided to take advantage of our new hometown of Port Austin and had some pictures taken just out our back door. You can see why we are so happy to be in our new homes! Thanks to Steve and Denise for taking the pictures! They turned out great!!

On the GO!
Bryn has just started to get up on her knees to crawl after months of "army" crawling. She is also pulling herself up to standing like a champ. Here are some of the places I have caught her!
Gotta love a happy rested baby girl!
Climbing the stairs
Digging for toys
In Marley's water bowl - she was laughing right out loud as
she played in the water and looked at me.
Poor Marley gets a double standard. He isn't allowed to play with
Bryn's toys or eat her food (yet) but she gets to be in all his stuff!

8 Months
(only 8 days late!) Another month in Michigan means another picture with her adirondack chair. Now that she is sitting up on her own you would think pictures would be easier, but she is also crawling everywhere and pulling herself up on stuff....love it! Sorry there are so many but I cannot resist the smile!
Not bad for the first photo
Look, Mumma, I am so big and I fit in the chair!
Nose to the toes! Is this the way out of the chair?
I'm off to catch the dog
Are you doubting me? I will be off and running after Marley before you know it!
Easily distracted by the grass and teething on the chair
Strike a pose! I know I am cute :)

A few randoms
Over the past few months I have taken some random pictures of Bryn.
I think most of these are my favorite as they catch her in the act of her daily life.
No poses here! Just my baby girl :)
Marley and Bryn - He is SO good with her now that she is mobile and can come after him!
Trying out to be the next Etrade baby
Do you like my leg warmers? I am doing Jazzercise with Mumma
and awaiting tryouts for the baby version of A Chorus Line
Checking out the Michigan grass with Gamma -
SO much better than the Florida stuff!
Here I am! Look at me!
Such an independent eater. She likes to eat and takes over feeding herself already.
Miss Independent
In between bites the tray works as a teether
This thing is so much better now that I can crawl under it instead of stand in it!
Now that Bryn is scooting around she loves to play with her car seat and
she found a treasure in it - her pacifier! Unfortunately it is attached!

Grandma and Grandpa Flanagan come to visit
Grandma and Grandpa Flanagan drove to Michigan this weekend to visit
and see our new house. We had great weather and a wonderful visit!
Grandpa and Bryn enjoying the weather and the view
Bryn and Grandma playing with her new Sophie the Giraffe
The sunset from our backyard over the Port Austin breakwall
One more photo before they leave. Thanks for visiting!

Happy 4th of July!
We had great weather for our first 4th of July celebration. We were happy to have lots of company at our house throughout the holiday weekend.
Megan and I took AJ and Bryn out into the water.
Bryn is a water baby and was happier when she got deeper in the water.
Bryn got sand and rocks in her shoes so we decided to work on splashing.
Dad, Megan, and AJ on the deck before sunset.
Enjoying a game of corn hole.
Dance party with Gamma
We are ready for Port Austin fireworks!
A few good shots
The loud noises woke Bryn up but once outside she enjoyed watching the light show
The fireworks are over, the celebration is complete and we all had a great time!

7 Months
Bryn turned 7 months and although I feel like she has been with me forever, I also do not know where the time has gone! We are now in Michigan for the summer and have left her big bear back in Florida so our marker for growth in Michigan will be this adirondack chair.
It is SO much easier to sit up when she has an angled seat and something to lean against!
Getting comfortable
"I'm gunna get you!" Love this photo because you can see
the mom and dad chairs, the breakwall, and the lighthouse.
Speaking of Mom and Dad...where are they?
The dog is here - I'm Done!
